Sean came to change our locks whilst we were on holiday and found that our pet sitter couldn’t get into the house. Even though we were far away Sean communicated really well and worked with our pet sitter to make sure the house was safe and secure and that the pets could be looked after. How quickly will you reply to the contact form?
Inside working hours, usually within an hour. The contact form is best for non-urgent enquiries, quotes, and commercial work. If you're actually locked out, please ring instead.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your full address (postcode is gold), the type of door or lock if you know it (uPVC, wooden, composite, mortice, euro cylinder), and a quick description of what's gone wrong. The clearer the picture, the faster I can quote and arrive.
Do you cover my area?
I cover south Staffordshire, the Wolverhampton area, the wider West Midlands and Birmingham. That includes Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stafford, Walsall, Birmingham, Lichfield, Dudley, West Bromwich, Sutton Coldfield and the villages in between. The full list is in the footer of every page.
