Whichever of the three the doorstep diagnosis points to, I give you an all-in price on the phone before I set off, with the rate set by the day and time you call. No call-out fee on top, so you can compare the number against any new-door quote before I am even in the van.

How it works
How a multi-point uPVC gearbox actually wears out
When you lift the handle on a uPVC door, you are driving a metal cam strip up the inside of the door. That strip pushes a row of bolts (typically three to five) sideways into the frame.
